Overview
Nestled in the enchanting town of Sayulita, Mexico, Tlamatini offers a unique and transformative 3 to 5-day retreat. Set against the breathtaking scenery of this vibrant coastal town, renowned for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty, this exclusive experience promises an unforgettable journey of self-discovery and leadership.
Guided by William Trubridge, Siri Ostvold and Jordi Mullor, participants will dive into an array of immersive activities including surfing in the renowned waves of Punta Mita, climbing the picturesque cliffs, and exploring the depths of freediving in the mexican coast. Complementing these adventures, a traditional temazcal session provides a spiritual and physical cleansing, enhancing the immersive nature of the retreat.
Tlamatini goes beyond mere adventure. It leverages these profound experiences as conduits to stretch your comfort zone and develop critical leadership skills. Through the intense and reflective nature of these activities, attendees will learn invaluable techniques for managing stress, executing under pressure, and fostering a mindset of growth and resilience—key competencies for any effective leader in a way only The Rebellion Experiences can.
No prior experience in any of these activities is necessary. What is essential is a genuine willingness to challenge personal boundaries and embrace the transformative journey that Tlamatini offers.

Registration Policies
Before applying to register your team, please read our registration policy carefully as it contains important information regarding your participation in the experience. By registering for our a Rebellion Post, you acknowledge that your registration is subject to approval by The Rebellion Experiences, and that once approved, there are no refunds.
Travel Insurance
All attendees must obtain travel insurance before arrival to any Rebellion Experience. The attendee is responsible for taking out the necessary insurance. The Rebellion Experiences recommends that everyone considers obtaining a cancellation insurance in case of force majeure cancellations. The Rebellion can suggest options for insurance to all registered attendees.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for all attendees. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, whether in person or in any online format hosted by The Rebellion Experiences.

FAQs & Must Knows
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the payment schedule is as follows:
50% of the total cost is required to be paid 45 days before the experience.
The total cost is required to be covered 30 days before the experience.
Are the Experiences sponsored by any third party?
We don't accept sponsorships and soft-dollar collaborations at any of the Rebellion Experiences. The experiences are designed without conflicts of interest or bias. We might in some cases collaborate with facilitators that fit into our curriculum to enhance the Experience.
What physical activity can be expected at the Experience?
During this experience some activities include some level of physical activity. Freediving, Kayaking, Hiking, and Cycling (no experience needed) can be part of this experience. Alternative options are available for those who prefer less physical sessions when possible.
Can anyone register?
As with all Experiences, there is a very limited number of attendees, and all applications must be accepted and approved. Remember, The Rebellion is first and foremost an exclusive community, and attending a TIE is the first step in becoming a member of the community.
Who can apply?
The Rebellion Experiences are open to all business and community leaders, founders, and organizational decision-makers. We are also able to host peer groups and executive teams that qualify through our application process. If you fall into any of those categories, we encourage you to apply for the Experience. It will be one you will remember for a long time.
What happens if the Experience gets canceled/postponed?
Due to the nature of these experiences, in some unforeseen circumstances, The Rebellion might decide to postpone or cancel a TIE/Experience. As an attendee, you agree to our cancellation policy and refund policy. Our goal is for every paid attendee to have options in case of a canceled or postponed TIE/Experience.
Is there a minimum attendance policy?
Every Experience has a minimum required number of attendees. Although, we don't ever want or intend to cancel or postpone a TIE/Experience due to low registration, having a minimum attendance is crucial for the experience to meet our standards. The Rebellion confirms the occurrence of every TIE 30 days before the start of the experience with all paid attendees. We encourage all Rebels attending to plan accordingly. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for those traveling to the experience.
